I absolutely LOVE green smoothies! Today I had this for breakfast:
➡ 2 cups spinach
➡ 1 cup kale
➡ 2 cups iced green tea
* Blend the above ingredients until smooth before continuing *
➡ 2 medium carrots
➡ 1 stalk celery
➡ 1 banana
➡ 1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, peaches, etc.)
➡ 1 tbsp chia seeds
➡ Cinnamon
➡ Ice ❄
* Blend away until creamy and serve immediately! *
* Nutrition info: 300 calories, 6 g fat, 15 g fiber, 10 g protein & lots of vitamins!*
